General Terms & Conditions

Jibet is an online gaming and betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Jibet and its users. By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Jibet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Jibet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may only open one account.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to a third party.

If an account is registered with false information, Jibet reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit all balances. Required documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be provided upon request.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Jibet will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Jibet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, your stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jibet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Jibet will not be held responsible if a bet does not go through during live betting due to an internet outage.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳100, and the maximum is subject to the defined limit per event.
• Arbitrage betting by placing opposing bets on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Jibet:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method linked to a verified account.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 5 minutes and 24 hours.
• The deposit and withdrawal method should preferably be the same.

To prevent money laundering, Jibet monitors suspicious transactions and reserves the right to report them to the relevant authorities. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Specific terms apply to all Jibet bonuses and promotional offers. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to those terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or devices may result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• Jibet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jibet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or Jibet staff.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Attempting to complete verification using fake identity or documents.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, Jibet reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

Jibet may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation.
• In the event of false information being provided.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months).
• By court order or government directive.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Limitation of Liability

Jibet will not be held liable for the following:

• Delays in bets or payments due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical errors on the part of third-party service providers (e.g., Mobile Pay, Nagad).
• Issues with the user's own device or network.
• Loss resulting from sharing account details with a third party.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics).

Jibet takes reasonable precautions but will not be liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Your information may be used for service improvement and security purposes.

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer service team first. We will endeavor to resolve the matter within 48 hours.

If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties will seek to resolve the dispute through mutual discussion. Should that fail, the matter will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
